Cinta dan Birahi(Nafsu) adalah dua hal yang mewarnai suatu hubungan. Dengan membedakan antara keduanya, anda akan mengetahui kemana suatu hubungan dibawa. Ining tahu apakah hubungan anda itu didasari cinta atau birahi, simak caranya berikut ini :
Ungkapkan Perasaan
Temukan cara mengungkapkan bagaimana perasaan anda sebelum tidur bersamanya. Apakah anda merasanyaman menggukanan kata "cinta" dengannya? Apakah ia membalas perasaan anda? Apakah ia membuatkan sebuah petunjuk untuk melibatkan anda dalam kehidupannya? Apakah ia mengenalkan anda pada teman dan keluarganya? Jika ia memperlakukan anda seperti sebuah rahasia dan sebagian besar interaksi anda dengannya murni bersifat fisik, Yakinlah ini sebagi tanda birahi (nafsu) belaka bukan cinta dan sebaiknya anda berfikir dua kali untuk melanjutkan hubungan.
Lakukan Tes Lakmus
Sedikit tes mengenai cinta kekasih anda bisa menyelamatkan sakit hati anda di kemudian hari. Suatu ketika anda tengah berinteraksi secara fisik, cobalah mengontrol diri sekalipun terasa sulit dan berat, biarkan dia mengetahui bahwa nada tidak nyamn berinteraksi fisik untuk sementara. Lihat bagaimana reaksinya. Apakah ia tetap bersama anda tanpa interaksi fisik atau apakah anda mulai melihat sedikit perubahan darinya? Jika dia mulai menjauh atau bahkan tiba-tiba menghilang, ia gagal dalam tes ini tetapi jika ia tetap berada disisi anda dan menghormati cara anda ini, ia mungkin menjadi bagian dari hidup anda.
Berbicara Lebih Keras Di Banding Kata-Katanya
Ia mungkin berbicara hal yang baik tetapi tidak berarti perasaan asli berada dibaliknya. Jika anda tidak yakin dengan maksudnya, tanya pada diri sendiri, Apakah ia benar-benar memperhatikan kesejahteraan anda? Apakah ia mendukung anda dalam situasi sulit? Apakah ia di sisi anda dalam setiap ada kesempatan? Apakah ia akan menjadi teman baik anda?
Biarkan Waktu Berbicara
Kesenangan hubungan terletak saat anda tengah jatuh cinta. Dia selalu hadir yang pertama dalam pikiran anda saat anda bangun dan ketika kembali tidur, tetapi apakah ini cinta? Biarkan waktu ikut menentukan dan perhatikan apakah anda merasakan hal yang sama setelah sekian lama.
